Boaz Rothesay Review

Today, I will be reviewing the infamous Japanese and Korean restaurant in Rothesay; Boaz. 

If you’re looking for a great place to get sushi, or simply a new restaurant to try out, I definitely would recommend Boaz. Boaz Rothesay is not only my favourite sushi restaurant, but also my current favourite restaurant. From their sushi to their Korean food, everything they serve is amazing and keeps me wanting more.

I used to not be a fan of sushi, simply because I had never tried it and didn’t think I would like it, but when I first tried Boaz, that quickly changed and sushi is now one of my favourite foods. Their menu is very easy to read and not at all intimidating for first-timers like myself. They’ve got great options for vegetarians and people who aren’t keen of raw fish. Their prices are also very reasonable for the amount of food you get and the delicious quality of it.

Personally, I’m more of a fan of the sushi than the Korean food, simply because I mostly only ever order rolls because they’re so good. My all time favourite roll from Boaz would have to be The Maritime Salmon Roll, it’s more on the pricy side of their selection, but worth every penny. The Maritime Salmon Roll is essentially a deep fried roll with salmon, cream cheese, avocado, cucumber, that has a spicy crab mix on top and a tasty mix of different sauces. All of their rolls have the perfect  combination of textures and flavours, but this one, in my opinion is the best out of them all and I would definitely recommend it.
